

Owner and President, Tracy Jane Wieland, began her work within the conveyor and material handling industries in May 1996 when she accepted an Internship in a small conveyor company to review and audit their legal contracts while she awaited her enrollment process to Harvard University of Law. Once engrossed within the industry, completely intrigued by the aspect of assembling things from a drawing to the final project, there was no going back. She had found what she had wanted to do. As she was continuing on with her legal studies, she also finished her Internship and Journeyman studies with hands on experience until she left the conveyor field in 2000 to pursue her legal work at a local firm close to her home town.
Ms. Wieland went to the University of West Florida, University of South Florida, and UCONN, studied International Legalities Abroad, and stayed mainstreamed and updated within the conveyor industries with seminars, trade shows, online classes, safety courses, OSHA regulations, Small Business Enterprise courses, updated installation procedures, service and troubleshooting manuals. She continued to do all of this to further her experience for her entrance into the world of business owning in 2002. Since 2002, Ms. Wieland has taken her company to such places around the world including Alaska, Hawaii, the Caribbean and South America. Her company has worked nationally and internationally since inception. Ms. Wieland continues to further her education by obtaining all specialty licenses within each state that requires a license to perform. Professional Conveyor South, LLC has obtained DBE/MBE/WBE status in almost every one of the states in America. Professional Conveyor South, LLC, has foreign registered in several states already and will continue to do such registrations until all states are completed in their filings. Each employee is specifically screened by Ms. Wieland and her Office Staff and they have an FBI background investigation done to assure each customer of the quality and security provided.
Since late 2004, Professional Conveyor South, LLC had started and continues to operate an Internship Program for the youth of America together with several government bodies. With this opportunity Ms. Wieland hopes to further the chances of success with the youth for our future. Ms. Wieland has (6) six biological children and (1) one foster son and (1) ones foster daughter whom she cares for fulltime while maintaining a professional and excellent client base for her company. In addition to the above degrees and certifications she has obtained a nursing degree, stenographer degree and marketing and sales degrees. Her hobbies range from volunteer work for local charities to planning and executing benefit occasions for the less fortunate and children’s causes.
